How NGI is governed
The General Assembly is the organisation’s highest decision-making body. A seven-member Executive Committee manages approved work between Assembly meetings and remains accountable for programmes, finances, safeguarding, records and partnerships.

Founder Patron & Community Advisor
The Founder Patron provides moral guidance, community entry, wisdom and institutional memory. The role is advisory and does not control the Executive Committee or day-to-day decisions.
