Privacy & data protection

Your information deserves careful protection.

This notice explains how Nurtora Generations Initiative handles information submitted through its website.

01

Information we receive

When you use the contact form, NGI may receive your name, email address, telephone number, area of interest and message. Website administrators may also add approved organisational content and consented photographs.

02

Why we use it

Contact details are used to respond to enquiries, manage volunteering, membership and partnership conversations, address accountability concerns and protect the website from abuse. NGI does not sell personal information.

03

Spam and security screening

The website uses automated checks to identify suspicious, mass-marketing and test-like submissions. Suspicious messages are labelled for administrator review and do not trigger trusted email alerts. The checks do not make legal or safeguarding decisions about people.

04

Access, storage and sharing

Website records are stored in the organisation’s protected hosting database and are accessible only to authorised administrators. Information may be shared only when necessary to respond, protect a person, meet a legal duty or work with an approved service provider.

05

Retention and your choices

NGI keeps enquiries only for as long as reasonably needed for response, administration, safeguarding and accountability. You may request access, correction or deletion by writing to info@nurtoragenerations.org.

06

Children and sensitive information

Do not submit children’s identifying details, confidential case information or urgent emergencies through the ordinary contact form. Use an appropriate protection or emergency channel and share only what is necessary.
