Our work

Four focused programmes. One nurturing mission.

NGI keeps its programme model intentionally focused—broad enough to respond to children, girls, youth, WASH and families, yet realistic enough for a young organisation to remain accountable.

01

Designed around connected realities

A child’s learning is shaped by household income, health, safety, disability inclusion and family support. A girl’s dignity is shaped by WASH, protection, confidence and opportunity. Our four programmes work together because people’s lives do not fit into isolated boxes.

02

Our cross-cutting commitments

Every programme integrates safeguarding, inclusion, girls’ dignity, WASH, local participation, documentation and environmental responsibility.

  • Safeguarding and child protection
  • Disability sensitivity and non-discrimination
  • Community participation and local ownership
  • Accountability, evidence and learning
