Our identity
Nurtora Generations Initiative—NGI—is a community-based, charitable and developmental initiative founded in Kyenjojo District. Our name reflects the work of nurturing lives across generations, from early childhood to emerging community leadership.
Who we work with
Our primary participants include vulnerable children aged 0–17, adolescent girls, young people and emerging leaders, children with disabilities and learning barriers, teenage mothers and families facing serious vulnerability.
- Children at risk of missing school or dropping out
- Girls facing dignity, protection or school-retention barriers
- Youth ready to volunteer, mentor, innovate and lead
- Parents, caregivers, schools and community structures
How we work
We listen before acting, use local structures responsibly and keep simple evidence of what communities need and what activities achieve. Consent, confidentiality, referrals and accountability shape every programme.
