We believe every child deserves quality education, safety, dignity, inclusion and hope—and every young person deserves the opportunity to lead positive change.

Our identity

Nurtora Generations Initiative—NGI—is a community-based, charitable and developmental initiative founded in Kyenjojo District. Our name reflects the work of nurturing lives across generations, from early childhood to emerging community leadership.

Who we work with

Our primary participants include vulnerable children aged 0–17, adolescent girls, young people and emerging leaders, children with disabilities and learning barriers, teenage mothers and families facing serious vulnerability.

  • Children at risk of missing school or dropping out
  • Girls facing dignity, protection or school-retention barriers
  • Youth ready to volunteer, mentor, innovate and lead
  • Parents, caregivers, schools and community structures

How we work

We listen before acting, use local structures responsibly and keep simple evidence of what communities need and what activities achieve. Consent, confidentiality, referrals and accountability shape every programme.
